Art Explorations 5

Curriculum

Famous Artists provides students the opportunity to produce artwork inspired by famous artists from Impressionism to Modern Art. Students will be introduced to the artist and their style, view masterpieces from that artist, and then create their own pieces. While continuing to develop their skills with drawing, painting, and multimedia, they will gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of art history.

Home Studies

• No homework will be assigned.
• Regular progress reports will be sent to parents.

Prerequisites

• Students must be nine years of age by September 1st.
